All of their guest suites are unique with breathtaking sweeping panoramic views of Okanagan Lake, the surrounding mountains, and the city of Kelowna. The Garden View Suite has views overlooking the gardens and mountains in the distance.
Bermuda “Chef of the Year” and Escoffier Cup winner, Steve has been an executive chef for over 35 years in England, Bermuda and here in the Okanagan at Quails’ Gate Winery in 2006. Steve has been conducting cooking demonstrations for 31 years. His passion for food and wine has taken him to the next step – opening his Demonstration Kitchen at A View of the Lake Bed & Breakfast in 2007.
Join Chef Marston in his state of the art kitchen where you can relax and enjoy his informal and educational approach to teaching. You will be rewarded with an unforgettable experience. Steve brings together the best from the Okanagan in an evening of light humour and informative dialogue while demystifying recipe and cooking techniques. Each tailor made dinner demonstration starts with canapés, sparkling wine and then continues in the ultra modern 550 square foot kitchen with four courses enhanced with local wine. Watch, ask questions and delight in each course made right in front of you. An eclectic combination of international flavours reflects Steve’s diverse culinary background gained from his global traveling.
